Walking

Would you like to walk down leafy ravines or through remote hideaways? Menorca can offer you this and much more. There is so much choice, all you need to do is decide and plan your route

The Camí de Cavalls has become a firm favourite for walkers and you can get right round the island on it , crossing beautiful beaches, climbing down lush ravines, ambling through woods and across wide open fields. The route is identified by distinctive wooden signs and everywhere you go they are easy to see and display maps and information. You can either plan several days of consecutive walking or take it in stages to make the most of this route full of delightful surprises.

Apart from the Camí de Cavalls, you can also walk on several inland country tracks edged with dry-stone walls which cross the island from north to south and east to west. There’s so much to see – stunning views and interesting geological and cultural features.
You don’t have to be super-fit, just choose the walk and the level and enjoy!
